After the Hotel Saint-Nicolas and the B&B La Rochelle Centre, Hervé Bouyssel brings all his skills to the Best Western Premier Masqhotel, the third strong link of the Cosy Hotels. A manager with an atypical career path and a unique experience within our hotel group.
Because his parents did not want him to go to any lengths to indulge his passion for music without graduating, Hervé first went through the «BEP Pâtisserie» box before becoming a sound engineer and working for recording studios and an FM radio. Nostalgic for a rigour that does not necessarily have a place in this artistic field but that he appreciated in the establishments where he officiated as pastry chef, he who readily describes himself as obstinate and ambitious integrates as baggage handler the prestigious Waldorf Trocadéro Hotel. Little by little, step by step, he is the reception manager of this «4 stars» Parisian. To follow, the birth of his son Ilhan will encourage him to make, with his companion Jennifer, the choice of quality of life. La Rochelle becomes its home port and the Hotel Saint Nicolas its first professional experience in Rochefort.
“I was a receptionist there for two years, before going on the adventure of managing a restaurant on the Île de Ré, and returning as a night receptionist at this hotel in La Rochelle for which I also managed the allocation of sales on the internet.” With this new bow-tie, the born competitor, who has raced in motorcycles and continues to fight in boxing, is entrusted with the management of the hotel B § B La Rochelle Centre of the Cosy Hotels group. “It is a thrifty establishment, offering superior services to most other BBs and an ideal location.”
From this Rochelais hotel to the Best Western Premier Masqhotel, there are really only a few steps that Hervé has taken regularly to finally be appointed director of the latter. Thus applying himself to everyday life to help each of his employees to optimize his function, Hervé Bouyssel drives with passion the «Masq» by setting the course every day on the quality of service that all his crew owes to the passengers of this boat at good speed.
