The Masqhotel offers you to discover an association that creates a sensation.
Composed of a glass of VSOP cognac and a glass of XO cognac, we selected 8 chocolates made specially by a master chocolatier for a perfect match.
With the cognac VS, round and fruity we adopted a rich chocolate, orange ganache and a caramel chocolate fleur de sel.
With Cognac XO, sobriety is essential, and the simplest things are the best. Bitter dark chocolate 85% and Ile de Ré fleur de sel chocolate, to accompany rich flavors
and intense of a slightly old Cognac.
The objective is to increase in finesse and quality, to match the refinement of chocolate with the delicacy of Cognac.
Crunch first in the chocolate to line the entire palate, then drink in small sips, the magic works.
