To guarantee your next stay with us in optimal health conditions, our team has put in place a complete protocol for the safe recovery and continuity of our business. From the front desk to the rooms and dining areas of our facility, we will apply best practices to prevent the spread of Covid-19. Protecting our customers and employees is a top priority. The quality of our service remains another.
The sanitary security measures will be effective upon your arrival at our hotel in La Rochelle. All employees of Cosy Hotels will wear masks and have been trained to respect barrier gestures as new hygiene rules. To help you too fight the spread of Covid-19, we thank you in advance for respecting social distancing and limiting your time in the lobby.
Hygiene, a priority at all levels
Regarding the room you will occupy, know that it will have been aerated at least 20 minutes beforehand and completely disinfected. In case of stays of several nights, we will propose to change bed linen and toilet only every 3 days to limit the passages in room of our staff. To best comply with the sanitary requirements, the room maintenance procedure was carried out in collaboration with a company specialized in hospital cleaning and with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 certifications.
Also in line with the current health regulations, the restaurant in our establishment has adapted to the new hygiene measures. For example, from breakfasts to the “Bocaux du bistrot” menu for lunch and dinner, the trays, utensils and dishes used will be cleaned at a minimum of 60° with a disinfectant.
