Claire and Camilla, how would you describe your kitchen?
She is greedy, nomadic, colorful, inspiring, comforting. Initially, she was inspired by India. Today, the meals we imagine and make with our cook «Lulu» must give pleasure, offer healthy, refined, and even aesthetic products. Our shared passion for cooking first encouraged us to leave our communicating professions and take the step by embarking on a catering business for a major company in La Rochelle that had no catering. A first partnership that preceded others here, to believe that our originality pleases…
What are your referral customers in La Rochelle?
We have already served in cultural places such as the media library and museums, in a business school, in the medical community, in a local community, but also in the VIP Village of the Francofolies Festival. And then, a year ago, several managers of Cosy Hotels fell under the charm of our cuisine, on its original side, “homemade”… So much the better.
How would you define your partnership with the Hotel Saint-Nicolas and the Best Western Plus Masqhotel?
It’s a great story that’s just starting. We are delighted to present to the visitors of the two hotels some alternative meal plans, different from what the other partners-caterers and restaurateurs of the Cosy Hotels offer. It is a real pleasure to be a partner of a hotel group of this renown. It is also a great challenge to respond to the many orders we sometimes receive.
