Fabrice, how would you describe your kitchen?
In the first place, sweet and salty, our products are all homemade. From the simplest to the most sophisticated, our catering offer based on seasonal and local products is regularly enriched by our experience, my travels. We know how to be “challenger”, to listen to our customers and serve them dishes to their liking, to their liking. Whether for seminars, professional events, personal or à la carte services, we are constantly renewing ourselves.
What are your referral customers in La Rochelle?
We work with local authorities such as the City of La Rochelle and the department of Charente-Maritime, with large companies such as the Banque de France and Alstom, with many local SMEs, on land and sea, and, of course, with Cosy Hotels since 2007.

Whether for the on-site service for seminars or on order for individuals, in breakfast, dinner or plate cocktail formula, we have a relationship of trust with Cosy Hotels that encourages us to continually evolve our entire offer.
