Best Western Premier Masqhotel la Rochelle

To ensure your health and the safety of our employees, our Best Western Premier Masqhotel has implemented a complete protocol for the safe recovery and continuity of our business in partnership with Best Western France and validated by the control body APAVE «the charter ON S'ENGAGE», while guaranteeing our quality of service. Our entire team is committed to this mission of applying good practices to prevent the development of Covid-19.

 

Our onboarding procedures

Thus, upon your arrival in our establishment, our team welcomes you with a mask and carries out all the recommended barrier gestures. The contact and landing surfaces are disinfected every two hours, as well as the elevator buttons and all contact points.

For your part, we thank you for:

• Respect the wearing of the mask in the common areas of the hotel,
• Respect social distancing (>1m),
• Do not lift more than 2 people (except for families),
• Use the gel available at the hotel’s strategic access points, at reception, by the elevator and on each floor of our property.

 

Our Cleanliness Protocol

In your room, in order to best comply with the sanitary instructions:
• Room locks, door and window handles, remote controls are disinfected at every turn of our cleaning department.
• The cleaning of our rooms is carried out in collaboration with Challancin (specialized in hospital cleaning – certified ISO 9001, ISO 14001).
• The room maintenance procedure is completed by a second disinfection of all surfaces and accessories with a specific, virucidal and bactericidal cleaning product.
• Room cleaning during your stay is provided every three days or upon your request, as indicated at reception upon arrival.
• Upon request, at the reception desk, we will change your towels and restock all welcome products as soon as you need them.
On the day of your departure, please leave the windows open.

Catering offers

Regarding catering services, our dedicated spaces are subject to certain sanitary conditions in accordance with the regulations in force.
Also, our breakfast offer is preserved as well as the self-service buffet and dining room.
. We ask you to:
A pair of disposable gloves is available at the entrance of the dining room to serve you at the buffet, while keeping your mask until you set up at the table.
All information is available on request from reception.

From 09 August 2021, you can continue to access your hotel room and breakfast areas without a sanitary pass.
 

A valid sanitary pass will be required to access our, bar, terrace and fitness room.

Or Proof of a negative test of less than 48h (for stay of 48H max)
Or a positive RT-PCR or antigenic test showing recovery from Covid-19, at least 11 days and less than 6 months old.
