Best Western Premier Masqhotel la Rochelle

To ensure your safety and that of our employees, our Best Western Premier Masqhotel has set up a complete protocol for the recovery and continuity of our business offering all possible health guarantees. Carried out in partnership with Best Western France and validated by the control body APAVE «the charter ON S'ENGAGE», this protocol does not alter our quality of service. Our entire team has been engaged in this mission to implement best practices to prevent the spread of Covid-19.

New Onboarding Procedures

Thus, upon your arrival in our establishment, our team welcomes you with a mask and carries out all the recommended barrier gestures. The contact and landing surfaces are disinfected every two hours, as well as the elevator buttons and all contact points.

For your part, we thank you for:

Respect the wearing of the mask in the common areas of the hotel,
Limit your wait times in the lobby,
Respect social distancing (> 1m),
Do not climb in the elevator to more than 2 people (except for families),
Use the gel available at the strategic access points of the hotel, at the reception, near the elevator and on each floor of our establishment.

In addition, we have reviewed our registration process to limit wait and contact times at reception.

New Cleanliness Protocol

In your room, in order to best comply with the sanitary instructions:

Room locks, door and window handles, remote controls are disinfected at every turn of our cleaning service.
Floor staff wear full personal protective equipment.
The cleaning of our rooms is carried out in collaboration with the company Challancin (specialized in hospital cleaning - certified ISO 9001, ISO 14001).
The room maintenance procedure is completed by a second disinfection of all surfaces and accessories with a specific cleaning product, virucide and bactericide. In all transparency, we give you the date of disinfection of your room, as well as the name of the person who carried it out.
In accordance with the recommendations, cleaning of your room during your stay is provided every three days or on your request, in accordance with what you indicated at the reception upon your arrival.

On this occasion, all bed linen and towels are replaced. However, upon request, at the reception desk, we will change your towels and restock any welcome products as soon as you need them.

On the day of departure, we would be grateful if you would please unpack your bed to prevent our floor staff from taking more risks by handling your sheets. In addition, we thank you for leaving the windows open on the day of your departure.


New breakfast and catering offers

Regarding the catering services, our dedicated spaces are subject to certain sanitary conditions in accordance with the regulations in force and are no longer accessible.

Also, our breakfast offer is preserved but the self-service buffet is no longer allowed. We therefore ask you to:

Complete the order form available in the room or at the reception in order to proceed to the preparation of your tray which will be to be recovered by your care at the desired time.
Enjoy your breakfast in your room.

Order from us as at the restaurant

Whether the dishes come in line with the Cuisine des Bichettes, the Bistrot des Bocaux formula or the high-end caterer Béchemin, the lunches and «à la carte» dinners that we offer make each meal tray served in room a tasty moment, authentic, gourmet.

As soon as you arrive in our hotel, don’t hesitate to consult the «restaurant» menu available at the reception to order a complete starter-main course-dessert menu (24 euros) by choosing among the enticing proposals concocted by our partners-restaurateurs rochelais. Of course, it is possible to order only an appetizer, a main course, a dessert, a starter-main course, a starter-dessert course or a main course.

In any case, you will do the… RIGHT thing.
